Report an accident

When you have experienced a collision, you'll need to pay the damage costs or the own risk in advance to our local rental partner. Upon arrival, you may claim this amount from Sunny Cars. In order to do so, you may download the form below. By fillling in the blanks, signing it and sending it to the Sunny Cars Customer Service, you qualify to receive the entire amount back from us, as long as you send along the following items:

  • The collision waiver, signed by our local rental partner and you
  • The police report, when applicable
  • A copy of the rental agreement
  • The receipt that states that you've paid for the damage to our local partner

If you do not have these required forms, you may contact our Customer Service at customercare@sunnycars.nl. They will try to contact our local partner and help you from there on.
