How can I pay for the rental vehicle?
You can pay by credit card. Sunny Cars books the invoice amount three weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
 
How is the deposit handled?
The amount of the deposit is usually equal to the price of a tank of petrol or approximately €200. Depending on the local partner, you can pay this amount in cash or with your credit card.
 
If you arrange the deposit with your credit card, the rental firm will reserve the amount on your credit card. The amount will not be debited, but you will also not be able to spend that money.
If you return the rental car in the same condition that you received it, the rental firm then releases the blocked amount. Please note: The blocked amount means your spending limit will also be lower. Be sure to bear this in mind when using your credit card.

Is my personal information and credit card data protected on the Internet?
Absolutely! Sunny Cars handles your confidential and personal information with the utmost care. We use secure encryption technologies exclusively to protect our customers. Your personal data is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which makes the data invisible to others. Your data is then sent to our server. We guarantee that only you can see this information.
 
Will there be any additional fees at my destination?
No. With a few exceptions, you never have to pay additional fees at Sunny Cars, because everything you need is already included in our all-inclusive rental fee. For some additional services, such as door-to-door delivery, one-way rental or child seats, a minor surcharge will be added, which you must pay at the location. You can find out what the costs are for these additional services in the rental conditions you receive along with the voucher sent to you after you make your reservation with Sunny Cars.
