Manage your reservation with the My Booking environment

When you make a booking with us you will receive a link to your own My Booking environment. In this environment, you can arrange the following matters:

• Review what you booked exactly
• Complete the payment or change the payment method
• Go to the online check-in form (only applicable if you have booked this service)
• Download the invoice
• Download the voucher
• Review the rental conditions
• Add your flight number
• Report damage or claim excess
• File a complaint
• Cancel the reservation

You will find the link to your personal My Booking environment at the bottom of both the confirmation email and the invoice email you received from us.

Get extra benefits with a My Sunny account

Do you rent a car often? Then creating a My Sunny Account it is a good idea. You create a personal account that is protected by a login and password. The advantages of a My Sunny account? There are many!
