At Sunny Cars, all the necessary insurance coverage and surcharges are included in the rental price, which means that we guarantee that you will incur no additional surcharges when you arrive at your destination. Our rental prices always include the following:

• unlimited kilometres 
• airport delivery fees
• local taxes and surcharges 
• third-party liability insurance for a minimum of €7,5 million
• CDW insurance coverage for damage to the rental car with no deductible
• theft protection (TP) insurance with no deductible
• Coverage for damage to windows, tyres and undercarriage

Can I book a specific type of car?
We can only guarantee the category of the rental vehicle. The makes and models provided are merely indications of the types of cars that fall into these categories, each and every one of which is an excellent, high-quality vehicle.
 
What is the minimum age to be able to drive a rental car?
Although the minimum age to be able to rent a car is generally 21, the age requirement can vary by vehicle category and by destination. The minimum age at some destinations can possibly be lowered to 18. However, this requires that you take out additional insurance coverage. Refer to the rental conditions for information on what minimum age requirement apples for your destination and on whether the age requirement can be lowered. If this is an option, you can arrange this at the location, quickly and easily!

Is there a maximum age limit?
Not usually. In some cases, however, a maximum age limit does apply. Refer to the rental conditions for your chosen destination for additional information.
 
Can others also drive my rental car?
Yes. This is an option in practically every country. This option is even free of charge with the all-inclusive+ package. In some cases, however, a small surcharge is required. Check the rental conditions for more information. Please note: All other drivers must also sign the rental agreement. This ensures that everyone is insured optimally.

Can I drive the rental car to another state or country?
Yes. In many countries you can cross state and national with the rental car. In some cases, you must have specific permission from the insurance company to drive in other states or countries. In a number of countries, a surcharge applies to be able to cross borders with the rental car. Consult the rental conditions and find out what the possibilities are for your holiday destination or contact our Reservations department.
