Everything went super smooth. We even got an upgrade and they brought us back to the airport after we returned the car. Very fast transaction, great car, great service, no worries whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Sunny Cars.

Sunny cars service was acceptable but they were unable to ensure I got the car I booked and paid for (which was provided by Europcar). I booked and paid for a full hybrid, new model, “young” car (less than a year old/less than 10000kms) I was given a plug in hybrid that was about 5 years old and had more than 78000kms. I of course only realised this once I got into the car. (I was not told at the desk, even though I said what I had booked - their response was “we don’t get that information from SunnyCars. The car was in poor condition (brakes and suspension needing attention) and was clearly not running as a young car would. I complained to SunnyCars and was told I had to take it up with Europcar. Also trying to contact SunnyCars was a challenge because it only gave me a German telephone number (even though I booked on the English language site). I took it up with Europcar and was offered only a non-hybrid, huge SUV from a low quality Chinese manufacturer. The car was damaged on the outside and has poor quality brakes and suspension. It was also incredibly inefficient in terms of fuel consumption (tripling my fuel cost compared to if I had a hybrid car). I was told this was the only option and was the “youngest” car they had - which still had 28000 km’s driven. The fuel indicator did not work so when I tried to fill the tank (to the point that fuel came out of the tank) the indicator still showed it was allegedly not full. I mentioned this on returning the car and was told it was probably broken. I was still charged extra for the “not full tank” - despite it being well and truly full. I then had to claim the charge back (extra effort). I also told them about all the issues with the car and was told I’d “have to fill in an online form”. Really poor service
