Airport surcharges for car rental

Do you want to get on the road as quickly as possible after your flight? You can pick up your rental car at a pick-up location at the airport! Often there is a surcharge for picking up your rental car at the airport. However, at Sunny Cars this airport surcharge is included in the all-in price.

What are airport delivery charges?

You sometimes have to pay a surcharge for using facilities. The same goes for airport surcharges. When you pick up your rental car at the airport, you will be using facilities at the airport and you will have to pay a surcharge for this. It is something we cannot prevent, but luckily you won't have to worry about it if you rent a car with Sunny Cars. In most cases, the airport surcharge is included in the all-in rental price! 

When do you have to pay an airport surcharge?

In a small number of countries, it is legally not allowed to pay an airport surcharge in advance. You are therefore obliged to pay it on the spot. We mention it in the rental conditions if this is the case for your holiday destination. In short: you can travel prepared and worry-free!
