In the world of car rental you normally reserve a category of car and not a particular brand or model. We cannot guarantee that you will get the car that is shown. But if you choose a guaranteed model, we can assure you that you’ll get the car you have reserved. A nice thought, isn't it? That way, you know in advance what you can expect from your rental car exactly. 

How do you reserve a guaranteed rental car model?

During the search for a suitable rental car, you can filter the type, services or features of the available rental cars. If a guaranteed model is available at your destination, you will see it under "Features". If you then select guaranteed model, you will only see available rental cars of which the model can be guaranteed. It’s that easy! Which guaranteed rental car will you choose?

At which destinations can I reserve a guaranteed rental car model?

It is currently possible to reserve a guaranteed model at selected destinations, such as Faro, Mallorca and Lisbon. If it is available at your destination, you will see it during the reservation process.
