The minimum age for car rental in Croatia is 24 years. It is (almost) always possible to lower the minimum age to 21-23 years, this will incur extra costs. The maximum age for car rentals is 70, but this age can be increased at an additional cost. To make sure you can rent a car check the specific conditions.
In Croatia, it is not possible to rent a car without a credit card. It is compulsory to have a credit card with PIN on the name of main driver. Prepaid/debit cards are not accepted.
