How to get from Tenerife South Airport to Santa Cruz de Tenerife
Tenerife South Airport is about 60 kilometres from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the island's capital. Via the TF-1 highway, Santa Cruz can be reached within an hour. On the way, you'll pass beautiful coastal landscapes and impressive volcanic areas, making the drive a real experience.
From Tenerife South Airport, you can also easily reach Puerto de la Cruz and La Laguna. Via the TF-1 and TF-5, Puerto de la Cruz can be reached in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Along the way, you'll see the lush northern coastline and spectacular views of the Teide. La Laguna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is about 1 hour away via TF-1, where you can enjoy its historic architecture and lively atmosphere.
