Manage your reservation with the booking environment

When you make a booking with us you will receive a link to your own booking environment. In this environment, you can arrange the following matters:

• Review what you booked exactly
• Complete the payment or change the payment method
• Go to the online check-in form (only applicable if you have booked this service)
• Download the payment information
• Download the voucher
• Review the specific rental conditions
• Add your flight number
• Change the rental dates and times
• Report damage or claim excess
• File a complaint
• Cancel the reservation

You will find the link to your personal booking environment at the bottom of both the confirmation email and the payment information email you received from us.
