Description and scope of data processing

Communication by contact form
On our website there are several contact forms that can be used to contact us electronically. The data entered in the input window are sent to us and processed.

Option 1: General request:
Required fields are:

  • First and last names;
  • Title;
  • Email address.

Optional entries:

  • Content of the message;
  • Booking code;
  • Phone number;

 

Option 2: Damage report
Required fields are:

  • First and last names;
  • Title;
  • Email address;
  • Booking code;
  • Information regarding the reimbursement (if applicable);
  • Damage details;
  • Lessor’s damage report;
  • Local lease agreement;
  • Proof of payment;
  • Police report, if necessary.

 

Option 3: Complaint
Required fields are:

  • First and last names;
  • Title;
  • Email address;
  • Booking code;
  • Information regarding the reimbursement (if applicable);
  • Your experiences, the reason for the complaint;
  • Lease agreement;
  • Proof of payment (credit card statement).

Communication by email
Alternatively, contact by email is possible. In this case, the user’s personal data sent with the email are stored.

  • Email address;
  • Content of the message;
  • First and last names (if required);
  • Address (if required);
  • Phone number (if required);
  • Company (if required).

At the time the message is sent, the following data are also stored:

  • Date and time of the mail delivery;
  • Message ID and forwarding mail server.

Communication via chat
On our website we also offer the possibility of contacting us by chat. When using the chat, the following personal data of the user are stored.

  • IP address;
  • Content of the chat communication;
  • Date and time of the chat communication;
  • E-mail address (if filled in);
  • First and/or last name (if filled in);

With all forms of contact, the data are not passed on to third parties. The data are only used to process your request.
